DeSilva Gates is a member of the International Partnering Institute (IPI), a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to promoting collaborative partnering in construction. We are also a member of the Caltrans Construction Partnering Steering Committee (CCPSC), a statewide committee focused on improving partnering on all Caltrans projects.

Evidence of our successful partnership vision has been recognized on numerous occasions by Caltrans and the International Partnering Institute.
