In 1998, Gallagher & Burk was acquired by Oliver de Silva Inc. Oliver de Silva Inc. dba (doing business as) Gallagher & Burk is a grading and paving contractor and asphalt producer that serves the Oakland and East Bay area. Since the 1940s, Gallagher & Burk has performed work for clients such as The Port of Oakland (maritime and aviation), the City of Oakland, Matson Terminals, Sea Land Terminals, Southern Pacific Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad.
Gallagher & Burk retains separate ownership from DeSilva Gates Construction, however, it operates using a service agreement with DeSilva Gates Construction who provides a variety of management services.

Inc. provides a full spectrum of environmental products and services from water treatment to hazardous remediation, disaster response and wetlands restoration. It utilizes its relationships with the Environmental Agencies and the organization’s resources, financial strength, and problem-solving abilities to find creative solutions and complete technically demanding projects.

Double D Transportation provides construction trucking services to the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Their trucking resources are expertly orchestrated with Zipline, a proprietary mobile app technology that provides real-time information for efficiently and accurately navigating every aspect of the job. Based in Dublin, CA, Double D hauls rock, sand, gravel, dirt, asphalt and heavy construction equipment using a modern fleet of trucks including Heavy Haul Low Beds, Double Bottom Dumps, Semi-Bottom Dumps, Semi-End Dumps, Transfers, Super-Dumps, Super 10s, Super Tags, 10-Wheelers, and Flatbeds.
With an aggregate quarry and asphalt plant in Sunol and an additional asphalt plant in Marysville, DeSilva Gates Aggregates has more than 50 years of experience in mining and producing construction materials.
ODS Tire is a tire dealer and repair shop located at 22991 Clawiter Road in Hayward, CA. It provides services to our construction and trucking operations as well as outside customers.
