Our paid Internship Program offers college undergraduates the opportunity to apply the knowledge they have learned in the classroom to real-world construction projects. Our interns work with experienced project managers, engineers and skilled trade employees while learning the ropes, developing new skills and becoming part of a dedicated team.

As an intern, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, build relationships and contribute to the successful completion of a project. Many of our interns have returned to DeSilva Gates after graduation to work full-time and had long, successful careers with the company.
