We actively recruit college graduates with Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Business degrees. Get a head start on your career with an internship at DeSilva Gates.

Our paid Internship Program offers college undergraduates the opportunity to apply the knowledge they have learned in the classroom to real-world construction projects. Our interns work with experienced project managers, engineers and skilled trade employees while learning the ropes, developing new skills and becoming part of a dedicated team.

As an intern, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, build relationships and contribute to the successful completion of a project. Many of our interns have returned to DeSilva Gates after graduation to work full-time and had long, successful careers with the company.
