Our paid internship program provides college students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world construction projects. Our interns work alongside experienced project managers, engineers and skilled trade employees, while gaining valuable hands-on experieince in both the field and the office.  As valued members of the team, interns develop practical skills, build professional relationships and make meaningful contributions.  Many of our interns return to DeSilva Gates after graduation to begin full-time careers and grow with the company.
