“The first thing that drew me to DeSilva Gates was their distinct and unquestionable leadership. I have known Rich Gates, Pete Davos, and Ramzi Nassoura for many years through various industry committees and associations. I’ve always had a sense of their leadership strengths and their solid business principals, and somewhere in the back of my mind, I knew that I would be a good fit. The surprise to me was that Rich, Pete, and Ramzi were just three of many, and that the talent of leadership at DeSilva Gates extends well beyond.
What continues to impress me is the overall willingness to help or provide guidance at any and all levels. In observing and experiencing this support personally, it’s obvious why DeSilva Gates is so successful.”

“I interviewed with several construction companies after I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. What sold me on DeSilva Gates Construction was the daylong ride around I did with two of their project managers. I was able to see a heavy grading project, a paving operation and a large highway project and go to lunch with them and get their perspective of working for the company.”

“In my internship with DeSilva Gates Construction I was assigned to the Oakland Airport Runway 12-30 Reconstruction Project. I was put in charge of coordinating the badging of DeSilva Gates’ workers who would be working within the airport security area. Along with this very important duty, I also prepared RFI’s, submittals and attended weekly coordination meetings. I had a blast working with everyone on this project, gained valuable construction knowledge and had an unforgettable experience! Thank you DeSilva Gates for the fantastic internship opportunity.”
