Our paid Internship Program offers college undergraduates the opportunity to utilize the knowledge learned in the classroom and apply that education to real-world construction projects. You’ll work with our experienced project managers, engineers and craft employees learning the ropes, developing new skills, and becoming part of a dedicated team. As an intern, you will receive both field and office experience with our organization.
As an intern you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, build relationships and contribute to the successful completion of a project. Many of our interns have come to work full-time at DeSilva Gates Construction after graduation and gone on to have long and successful careers with the company.
