A unique service that DGC provided to Greystar on this Project was keeping the dirt offhaul moving in phases to allow other trades to complete or start their work on time. This enabled Greystar to maintain the original project schedule despite several setbacks encountered at the beginning of the project. DGC faced several daily challenges while performing this task, including safely routing 50-60 double bottoms daily through an active work site and supporting the JD 870 Excavator with a 14M Blade and D6 Dozer. DGC successfully overcame these challenges by taking advantage of our associated trucking company, our soil management expertise and our local equipment and labor resources.
The Veranda Shopping Center – Moorfield Construction, Inc.
A unique service that DGC provided to Moorefield Construction on this Project was a project management team that consisted of a Project Manager, a Project Engineer, a Project Superintendent, and a Project Foreman, that were all dedicated to safety, the project budget, and completing the project on time. DGC also worked very closely with the owner, and design team to value engineer the project design and the many design changes throughout construction.
